The problems we focus on first
Most requests in a city neighbourhood come down to a few basics. Each has a dedicated ward team and a target response time.

What would you like to do?
From your report to resolution
Online, at a ward desk, or by phone with staff help. You get a reference number.
Within 2 working days a ward agent confirms the spot and the details.
Sent to the responsible department officer with a letter number and a response date.
If the date passes, it goes to a senior officer, then to the representative.
The ward team checks the work, you confirm it is fixed, then rate it.
How citizens, the representative and department officers work together
The representative's office does not do the civil work itself. It makes sure the right officer receives your complaint, answers on time, and finishes the job.
- Report the issue with a photo or pin
- Answer questions from the ward team
- Confirm the fix, or reopen it
- Rate how it was handled
- Verifies the issue on site
- Refers it to the right department officer with a letter number
- Follows up and escalates when late
- Checks the finished work
- Acknowledges the referral
- Inspects and issues the work order
- Reports completion with a note
- Returns it with a reason if it isn't theirs
- Reviews overdue and escalated cases weekly
- Writes to senior officers and department heads
- Raises repeat problems in review meetings
- Publishes ward-wise results
